By downloading or using TinySerial ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Yining Binglian Xiangying Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us").
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Mac App Store terms. If you obtained the App from the Mac App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies and prevails over these terms where they conflict.
The App writes to serial devices you select, which can change the state of connected hardware. You are responsible for what you send and for the equipment you send it to. Projects and notes are stored only on your Mac — keeping your own backups is your responsibility.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or compatible with every serial device or driver.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including damage to hardware, loss of data or loss of profits, arising from the use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
We may update the App and these terms. Continuing to use the App after updated terms are posted here means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent court at our registered address.
